Delivery

Now more items than ever are being dispatched the same day (non-personalised items) resulting in many orders being delivered the very next day. By placing your order before 3:00pm you increase the chances of the order being dispatched the same day via our couriers, but this is dependant on the items being in stock.

Do you charge Tax?

Postal services provided by the Post Office are exempt from VAT, but this exemption does not extend to similar services provided by other suppliers we may use - tax is calculated accordingly.

Where do you deliver in the UK?

We deliver to the UK mainland, Highlands and Channel Islands. (delivery prices for Channel Islands and Highlands are slightly higher and reflect the increased costs).

Do I have to be in?

Deliveries over 1kg are a "signed for" service. This means that the courier will only deliver the goods if there is someone to sign for and accept the delivery. If there isn't anyone available when the courier tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card with their contact information so you can arrange to collect the goods, or re-arrange delivery for free.

What about out of Stock Items?

In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, you will be contacted to let you know. At this point you may choose to have a replacement product, a refund or we will get the item direct from the manufacturer for you.

Delivery Problems

Although we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated delivery dates it is entirely possible that a small number of parcels may exceed the estimated delivery period due to a number of factors. These factors can include the locality of the delivery address within the UK, delays within the postal service or exceptionally busy periods, and of course "acts of God" etc. In these cases we ask you to be patient but advise that if an order has not been received within the time frames advised, then please contact us and we will attempt to track your delivery.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events

Delivery Methods

We have selected the delivery methods that we believe offer the safest and most cost effective delivery of your items in a reasonable time frame. Please note that the delivery method will be determined based on weight, size and value of the order.

 

  APC is one of Europe's leading courier services. They specialise in UK parcel shipments. UK next working day and 48 hour delivery. 

GFS logo

GFS (DHL) specialise in UK parcel shipments and work in partnership with DHL. UK 48 hour delivery.
Royal Mail Logo Royal Mail's First Class Service allows small parcels to be dispatched to anywhere in the UK and are often delivered next day, excluding Sundays.

What should I know about payment methods to ensure timely delivery?

We recommend using a CREDIT CARD online to ensure timely delivery. With credit cards, we have guaranteed full payment at the time of order, and you are insured according to the conditions of your card.

Although we offer various payment methods depending on your location country (such as check/cheque, PayPal (if active), etc.), we ship your items as soon as we receive full payment. Payment methods other than credit cards take more time to verify which could delay your order.

What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us and receive a free replacement or full refund (less shipping and handling). Please see here for further information. Personalised items can not be returned, unless a mistake has been made by us, or the item is clearly faulty. In this event, please get in touch.

All postage costs are calculated against the combined item total order weight and reflect the costs of the couriers we use - we do not profit from delivery charges!
